Introducing Ollie
The turn-key EV charger for
multifamily homes.
Give every qualified renter a charger in their parking space — without installation or maintenance fees.
Before Moon Five
Property owners often have to spend copious amount of time and money to install EV charging. Typically, charging requires worrying about utility involvement, service upgrades, and expensive hardware.
Infrastructure
Moon Five partners with certified local electricians to install wires, conduits, and our energy docks for Ollie (our charger) and Orion (our energy management).
Hardware
After the infrastructure is installed, our electrician will add Ollie and Orion to their docks, and your tenants will be ready to charge!
Removal
When they move out, they can simply follow the easy (one screw!) instructions to remove Ollie from the energy dock and send the charger back to us!

Understanding right-to-charge laws
In many states, “Right to Charge” laws give residents the ability to request EV charging in their assigned parking spaces. For property owners, that means saying “no” isn’t always an option.
Moon Five makes compliance simple. We handle tenant requests, paperwork, and installation, providing a solution that adds value to your property without incurring new costs or maintenance.
Simple and transparent pricing
Moon Five requires a contract to recover the capital invested in infrastructure and hardware.
$0 from owners
We install the infrastructure, hardware, and energy management, as well as handling all ongoing maintenance. There are no capital expenses or ongoing management expenses for you.
Revenue share
Property owners receive a revenue share in return for letting Moon Five rent hardware to their tenants for a contracted term.
Keep the infrastructure
After the contract is complete, the infrastructure that we've installed is yours.
Flat monthly fee for tenants
Residents who opt in lease their charger for a low monthly rate — $50/month, plus their normal utility bill. Unlike public chargers, we don’t mark up electricity.
Everybody wins
Tenants get reliable, dedicated charging at home. Owners get a high-demand amenity that increases property value and retention — without extra cost or effort.
